Michael O'Neill has been for many years one of the most sought after guitarists from the west coast.Of course I can qualify this statement by the fact that he has been playing with me for much of the last 40 years.He was great when he first joined my group but he has continued to grow and search for new and fresh ideas.He possesses great technique and versatility and plays with conviction.Michael is a contemporary player who like myself gives attention to the melodic side of a composition and stays within it's context,but can stretch when called upon to do so.Check him out,I know you'll like him as much as I do. — George Benson ---
